Located in a small strip mall in the heart of Langley this Ramen shop offers up a mean bowl of noodles.  Not your traditional broth as this noodle bar specializes in chicken based broth.  We chose to have the Ajitama with Red and Black broth, both were rich in flavor and distinct creaminess which is the results of long slow simmering of chicken and vegetables.

Red: Miso based stock which consists of 3 different types of miso with Koji salt.

Black: Soy based stock topped with black garlic sauce ontop.

We also ordered a side of their pork cha-shu which gets a quick torch prior to serving.  Overall this is a very good place considering what other options are available in this area.  This would definitely fill the ramen fix without having to drive into Richmond or downtown.  Noodles were nice and tender with a slight bounce to them.  One star knocked off for the egg... as with all ramen, the running egg is part of the experience but all 4 of our eggs were overcooked and the yolk had set.

Also did not care much for the Gyoza. Found it to be overcooked and skin became hard
