Their partnered up with a filtered water company offering an eco-friendly and sustainable system with no bottles or delivery involved. Reducing its carbon foot print with no transport by-products or glass/plastic bottles.

They also serve all their wine on tap eliminating caps/corks and cartons. Less packaging, less fossil fuels used to ship the wine, less glass, less cutting down of trees for labels and corks.

Also participating in the Ocean Wise program which is the Vancouver Aquarium’s conservation program, created to educate and empower consumers about the issues surrounding sustainable seafood.

Produce is sourced from suppliers that provide as much organic, local, sustainable, fairly traded products as possible.
