Captain Jack's @ Little Italy Farmers Market

Captain Jacks is a vendor at the Little Italy Farmers market.  We were glad that we stumbled across this stall as we are seafood lovers.  Freshly shucked oysters available raw or grilled with 3 options of flavors.  

Also fresh uni was available.  We opted for the Uni because with a price tag of $15 each, it was a steal of a deal.  The urchin was fresh and still moving when they shucked them.  The pieces that came out were just insanely massive, about 3x the normal size you would get a sushi places at 5x the price.  Uni was so fresh, no fishy smell and was do delicate and tasty.  A mixture of sweetness, creaminess and brininess of the ocean was so delightful.  It was hard not to go back for more.

This was the serving of uni which costs $15 USD.The freshness and amount we got was such an amazing deal. Would have gone back for more if we didn't already have dinner reservations shortly after.
